So ive been having this problem where when i put a arrested ped inside my vehicle he gets out even if i shut the door. The only time he dose not is if i stand in front of it. Once they get out i have to open the door put them in again and thats when they stay in. Any ideas why  this is or how to fix it?

try to remove any plugin which temper the default GTA V "persistence".  somehow the ped gets "dismissed" when it sets the persistence attribute on ped. "dismissed" means plugin asks GTA to take control the ped as ambient ped.
