I've tried everything, even deleted all folders and plugins, nothing working. Anyone willing to help please do, I'm not great at this so anyhelp is appreciated. I am willing to screenshare if someone knows what they are doing and can help. Thanks

    Start a fresh modded install from the original GTAV folder. Make sure you have the latest RPH from the official webpage and follow a guide from someone like Albo on youtube to make sure you've installed it correctly. Also install manual versions instead of the auto. I've seen multiple people have problem with the auto installer now. I guarantee something you've installed is not up to date or in the incorrect location.
