    Start a fresh copy of GTA add LSPDFR 0.4.1 and then go from there one mod at a time including things like trainers. You have stealth in your GTA directory so you obviously have plugins loaded. What plugins where you trying to use?

    I try use all plugins with this list without LSPDFR+ and StickyWheels

    May be an Issue with your actual game then did u verify game Files / Does it work without any mods

    If you have Exhausted all Other Options its down to Deleting the Mods Folder and Redoing it all again, Make sure everything is up to date first and exhaust all other Options first

    Did you try downloading the plugins from my thread and put them in your game all at one time? If so, you can't do that. I encourage you to install them one, maybe two, at a time and test that they work. Rinse, wash, repeat.

     

    Also keep in mind that some of those plugins have to be installed in a particular order, but you'll know which ones those are just by reading the instructions/prerequisites.
