After a long absensce of around 10 months or so, I finally gave into temptation and reinstalled GTAIV and LCPDFR. Tried SAPDFR on GTA: San Andreas, but it isn't anywhere near as fun. My reason for uninstalling in the first place was because LCPDFR/GTAIV kept crashing and I also kept getting the "Memory Leak/No texture" problem, (no fault of the developers, my laptop is a tad bit underpowered!!). For some reason, the game is a lot more stable this time round, even with car mods and ELS installed, may there be any reason for this?
