Help Needed Game Crashing After Carcols.ymt Replace?

Hi, I need some help getting my GTA V back working again. I downloaded London Ambulance by ObsidianGames and within the folder, it said that I had to navigate to x64a.rpf > data and add an entry in carcols.ymt however I've done that and deleted the old carcols.ymt and replaced it with the new one but for some reason when I load GTA It's just crashing now at the loading screen. I haven't got a game back up so I'm just wondering what I could do to fix this problem. I don't know where I could download the original carcols from as well? My GTA version is 1.0.1180.2

    You'll have to reinstall the game or verify your game files if you have steam. In the future, use the mods folder function instead of replacing your actual game files.
