I played yesterday and it was fine just hoping someone else has an issue with and can help me.

 

- Reinstalled ELS V, and Script Hook

- Reinstalled OPEN.IV asi loaders

- Reinstalled LSPDFR again....

 

and i can not get it to work and before people ask yes the vehicles are els enabled and i have their files installed for els.
