The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

My game, RPH, Lspdfr everything is updated to latest versions. When I start the game with RPH it's crashing. When I start the game without RPH everything is fine.

    Hi,

    I see your location on here is set as Turkey, is your PC Operating system language set to Turkish? If so this is a known problem currently being looked into that can be fixed by changing the OS language to English.
