The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

There is a problem currently when the OS language is set to Turkish. Change it to English if you are able to and it will likely solve the problem. There's a bit about it on the thread here.

    Thank you so much. I knew it was about this because I read some comments on forum about that. But unfortunately I can't change my OS language because my system is single language. I watched some videos about changing language but I didn't want to do that way. Is there gonna be a solution ( fix patch etc. )about that ?

    The developers of LSPDFR are looking into it but there's no definitive answer yet as far as i know
