Hello, I'm having an issue where my head-lights and tail-lights, and Street-lights are super bright. I Can barely see anything in game and in nigh0t time mode? 

 

Would anybody happen to possibly know a fix, or what is causing this? I'm using brighter emergency lights, ELS, ect. nothing out of ordinary this issue started happening randomly after updating to 0.4
