Hello I just realized that we already have Police modification for GTA 5 but what about other emergency units ? Paramedics and Firefighters ?

Those two units are missing in moded GTA 5 world, not at all, I've seen some firefighter and paramedic mod but you know. I mean just imagine that someone handy similar to Sam makes a

fully working modification for GTA 5 where you can play as a medic or firefighter. Taking callouts about forest fire or rooftop on fire, car accident. Full modification for these two fractions would be so cool. I hope someday this will come true in full power just like the Police modofication.
