Does this still happen without any mods? I noticed you have a car mod there.

@ineseri you say it could be caused by a mod? the only one that could be is NaturalVision Remastered (?)

As soon as I get home I check and I try to see if it gives me the same error by removing the mod folder.

@ineseri I found that the error comes from a mod because when I removed the folder, the game was displayed perfectly.
I'm almost convinced that it comes from NaturalVision Remastered because I tried to change cars as you had advised me but the error was the same.

I tried to search on the internet but I could not find anything. do you know how I can uninstall NVR?

You only need to restore the backups you made prior to installing that modification, if you didn't you might have to verify your game files so it re-downloads fresh copies of the file(s) from Rockstar. Or, consult the mod documentation.
