Hello everyone. I have the default MP uniforms, with the holster added via an .oiv I saw here yesterday.

But I have installed and reinstalled Cop Holster Mod, and it doesn't work. Cop does not grab pistol from holster and pistol does not disappear from hoslter.

 

Any clues? Thanks.

If you had installed copholster correctly it would not work on the character that you created, that is how it was for me.

Instead, you can try to play a preset character from the character selection screen. It should work by then.

Doesn't work for me either. Also, the default LSPD Officer in 0.4 doesn't even appear to have a holster? I tried the IAA Agent who appears to have a holster, but doesn't work either. I have no additional PED or Uniform mods installed.

The LSPD AI peds in 0.4 use the Multiplayer Ped, and applicable vanilla clothing. Cop Holster doesn't work on these guys, as it's set up for the base game ped models. (Also why it doesn't work when you use your custom made character)

 

Try it on the sheriff model, and if it doesn't work there, then there is a problem.

 

You can change the LSPD to use the old ped model, by changing the applicable lines in the Agency.xml

holster works till i pull gun out then just empty holster will load video if required
