Textuers aren't loading while on Duty

Featured Replies

Hello, my name is Chris and I've a really weird bug in LSPDFR 0.4 that doesn't allow me to play anymore,

So, I was playing on 3.1 for a while and never had a issue like that before, but a few days ago I've updated to 0.4 and well this is when it all started.

I've deleted all plugins such as LSPDFR+, Traffic policer, Smart radio etc that I had on 3.1 , so I could download only the one that support 0.4 atm.

And then my game started having some issues, for example, the new loading screen that you spawn with your character in apartment? Well sometimes the LSPDFR were crashing, saying "LSPDFR plugin has been terminated, because it caused the game to freez." I was trying to find an issue, but nothing seemed to work, so I simply change in RAGE Hook, so lspdfr won't load while loading the game and I have to LoadPlugin it manually. It seemed to fix the issue, and I could finally play.

However, yesterday I got a bug that literally doesn't allow me to play anymore.

Basically, loading is fine, even if load plugins on start is on in RAGE Hook, but whenever I got on duty, the game starts not loading the textuers anymore.

It's not happening while playing GTA Character nor the LSPDFR character, game works just fine, stable 60 FPS, all textuers work properly even police models etc. But whenever I go on duty, both in Police Station and ForceDuty command, the game breaks, and doesn't load the textuers anymore, cities have blank streets, buildings are just a blurred colors, etc. (Hit boxes work properly).

I've tried to play with any plugins (Smart Radio, Callouts etc.) didn't work.

Tried updating graphics card, and reinstalling the whole graphics card drivers, didn't work.

I'm out of ideas atm, so I'm asking for help if anyone knows what can be causing this issue.

If you would like to see how game looks while on duty, I'm happy to provide a few screenshots.

Thank you in advance of everyone who will try to help. 😀

I had the same issue, as they said in the common issues, try changing Main.PreloadAllModels in the lspdfr.ini to false.

If you still have the same issue, try looking at this solution too: #

Good luck!

It worked, thank you ❤️

I honeslty didn't think that this would be an issue, as I never had it before and I even deleted all vechicle mods before posting that.

Anyway, thank you once again.

Just to let you know, if you use the priority in the task manager you'll have to do that every time you load gta. Although, this is not recommended to give priority all the time to certain process because of windows processes and all of this shit.

We all have to hope that they'll fix it, this is just a problem of resource management...
