Cannot initiate traffic stops with addon cars

Featured Replies

Hello!

I seem to have an issue. With cars that I have added to my game as an addon style mod (I use Albo's modding DLC pack), I get the cars ingame and working fine but when I attempt to pull someone over, they don't respond to my lights or anything. They don't seem to care. What did I do wrong in my installation?

The blip appears when I press shift. It works for the normal car slots. But doesn't seem to work for addon cars.

Sirensetting is set to 1. Has emergency vehicle and law enforcement flags.

Disregard, I figure out the issue and my car will now perform traffic stops. However the siren doesn't make a sound like it does for other cars and my my lights become static once I exit the vehicle.

I cant entirely remember but make sure that your carvariations.meta and your vehicles.meta files are properly modified for each new car and that the XML formatting is correct. I want to say I messed up and didn't have the xml file structure properly laid out.
