police lights diffrent color

i was on a patrol and my lights are a odd color even though i have the shadows and the post fx on high is there anything to fix it?

Go to  OpenIV--->Mods--->Update--->Update.rpf--->Common--->Data

After that extract visualsetting.dat to your desktop and open it with notepad

Find this two lines: 

car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on         6000
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on      3000

After that  change the value, i have mine 6000 for day lights and 3000 for night.
