The title is crazy but it's true, I went into the character selection and created a new character but when I did I saw on the minimap 60 enemies. It was very lagy, it might have been one of my other mods. When I finished creating a character I spawned at my apartment I went to the downtown PD where all the peds were. They started shooting at me all the peds were the homeless model.
