Hello there officers!

I've been working on a new project for the past week in complete silence. I'm very new to the great LSPDFR Community, I did not know how to properly begin a topic on this 😉.

 

So I'm just going to present you a new project: CitationOne.com

A allround online police tool, to keep track of all your (hard) police work.

 

I wanted to start a topic on this, as I really wanted to get suggestions from you guys on what to add to the CitationOne system. Just give a reply on this topic and I'll try to build it in.

 

Main features:

All of the features below are also saved in your CitationOne account, so you can keep track of them.

 

• Write extensive citations;
• Write extensive arrest reports;
• Print or save a citation or arrest report in PDF format;
• E-mail a citation or arrest report to yourself;
• Choose what San Andreas Police Department you're currently patrolling for;
• Setting up a patrol (car, unit number etc) - for autocomplete your arrest/citations;
• Setting up a police team, custom departments etc (for role playing) [done];
• Finding back and keep track of all your citations, arrests, vehicle towing, dead peds etc;
• Adding a callout report (like status updates for a callout);
• Actual LSPDFR Implementation;
• Setting up everything in your own timezone [done];
• The ability to completely delete all reports made on your account, so you can start fresh anytime you like;
• Switch between day and night mode [done];
• Set up a profile (for possible future implementation of adding friends, setting up role play departments etc) [done];
• Fully compatible with every device and responsive.

 

These features may be subject to changes, and may or may not be in the initial release (or beta) version.

 

Give me feature requests

I really love working on this project, and I'm also really love the way it will work. But, it has to be built in a way, you guys can and will enjoy this tool as much as I do! 

So don't be shy, reply here and I see what I can do to add the feature. I will take all the requests in consideration.

 

So when is the initial version?

I'm really not sure yet. I don't have a ETA at this time.

 

Is this going to be free???

Most likely: YES.

 

Is there a beta program to be part of?

Yes, there is. You can opt-in the beta program on CitationOne.com. I don't know when the beta program will start.

 

Will the tool be implemented to LSPDFR?

At this time, no. I really don't see a simple way to do that (I have 0 experience in making actual LSPDFR Plugins). I have been experimenting with the LSPDFR API, which actually works quite well on sending ped/vehicle data to my system. BUT that's on a local network, and CitationOne is not. And if I want the tool to be integrated with LSPDFR, I would really like to have it integrated with Computer+ as well. But then again, I don't see a way to do that. If you have an idea on how to do it, let me know!

That CitationOne website looks like sh*t?

I know it looks like total sh*t. I just wanted a homepage to on there to get running, instead of nothing 😉 

I programmed that really quick (also the beta opt in), let me know if something fails already, I'll hotfix it.

My focus (now) is on the actual tool/panel, not the homepage yet. Don't worry, I will fix that later.

Please note that the final/beta release can look very different, as this is just the pre-development state. Also, I had to crop the environment so the image doesn't explode on the forum 😉

 

 

 

You can see, there is a day and a night theme included.

Thank you! Trying my best to have that modern/clean feel throughout the tool 😁

Okay so another quick update/screenshots.

 

I have been working on a function to view/add/edit/delete custom departments, or view the default ones.

CitationOne will come with some default departments, which can be found in LSPDFR.

 

These screenshots are subject to changes, and may be changed in the final version.

 

    

 

Also, in a future update, you will be able to keep track of the statistics per department/agency (like arrests per department, or citations).

With this feature you will be able to:

• Add/edit your own department;
• Add a custom logo for your department;
• Add a custom description for your department;
• The custom logo, name etc will be added to the Citation/Arrest rapports PDF's.

These departments will not be visible to other users (I'm thinking about being able to share them (for roleplay)). For now I consider this function done, let me know if you have some suggestions about this (or CitationOne).
