The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    i am pretty sure that plugin does not work with lspdfr 0.4 so delete it. yes i just checked. its not working remove it only use plugins that are updated. 

    or check out this list of plugins that community tested
