The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

go to vehicles.meta and open it >look for the <frequency value="100" /> set it to 20 or even 10 and then go and look for  maxNum value and set it to 2 or 3

at least it will give you smooth traffic with DIFFERENT vehicles and no FPS drops not to mention texture losses 

plus Too many Hi-Poly mods will cause that

      im also having fps problems i have nothing but 1 callout added which is assorted callouts? i was 64 fps and sometimes i get 43 massive drop?
