Gta Crashes after loading RPH

Hello im having some problems with gta v it keeps crashing after i load RPH after it crashes it just gives me the normal gta v launcher crash and not a rph crash i only have 2 gun mods , a visaualsetting.dat, and lspdfr0.4 and no plugins so idk if it the new lspdfr crashing or its just the game this is a fresh clean install of the game so im confused
