GTA V crash with RPH

So I reinstalled the game after I've heard that LSPDFR 0.4 was came out. It was an absolute clear install (I mean I deleted every Social Club and Rockstar folders from every corners of my pc) and tried to start the game without the RPH plugin and it worked nicely. But when I tried to run it with RPH the game crashed before the intro. I tried to reinstall the latest RPH, but it didn't worked.
Here are my logs, however I didn't found anything in there. I hope you guys can help me :)
