Maybe a broken Vehicle model?

I do ghave some vehicles install

 like the 1996 and 1999 crown vic for the the pd and the 1996 crown vic for the sheriff the chevy caprice for the taxi and replace the ambulance

can you try to just open f4 menu and type: Spawn police

see if that works?
