I've been looking on the internet around and i haven't found anything telling me that i can get banned for having a custom loading screen. But i also haven't seen anything telling me i wont get banned.

 

Can someone confirm or deny this please

As long as you are only playing singleplayer you should be fine. Do you use OpenIV?

Yeah i do

When you use a mods folder and want to play multiplayer you can simply rename your mods folder to something else. This will allow the game to load the unmodified files. When you want to play modded again you just change the folder name back to mods.

So does that allow me to have coustom loading screen on while i load into online?

It would not, you'd have the regular loading screens
