The Removed Unmarked NYPD Pack, DOES ANYONE HAVE IT?

I reinstalled my New York vehicles and peds to the game and noticed something was missing, all the unmarked NYPD vehicles. But the author of that mod removed it, so it's all gone. Does anyone have it?

If the author removed it, that means he doesn't want other people downloading it.  I realize it's unfortunate when people remove their mods, but please do not ask for people to give you said removed mod.  It violates our guidelines to redistribute other people's mods, and it breaks the individual author's terms of use, as most of them prohibit redistributing.
