I have tried to get the coop thing on lspdfr. I cant find any updated tutorials on how to get online. Can somebody help me with this? I really want to play with my friends but they dont know how to get it either.

Just so you know, there is no official (or even unofficial) way to play LSPDFR online. Using mods online in the base game is against rockstar TOS. There's FiveM but no LSPDFR for it.

What FiveM have? i looked around on the website and they have police. What is different?

FiveM doesn't "have police", FiveM is a platform for people to play multiplayer with mods. You'de be best asking over there or in general discussion rather than the LSPDFR support section.
