Give the article a read, and im curious on other's thoughts. Gets me pretty mad both as a hobby artist and as an old school SW fan.  I would hope Disney does the right thing when this comes to their attention, but the parties involved should know better.

 

For those that dont know, Fractalsponge is Ansel Hsaio, you can look him up if you dont know who that is. Basically he is arguably one of the the most well known SW ship designers and illustrators after Ralph McQuarrie himself, you have probably heard of many of his designs if youve played any EAW mods for example.

Sadly its the world we're going into, more and more people claim talents they can't actually deliver so they'll leech someone elses work.

This has been happening for ages, but in the modern world, it definitely is easier for people to do this crap.

That's true, and the easier it gets, the more people do it because "everyone else"does it. It's a damn shame.

All true statements, but it just bothers me more. Just not how i was brought up and find it so disgusting. I just dont know what to say about it more than i already have, you know what I mean?

 

And i guess its more bothersome too because, as much all the rest of life has been full of s***, its upsetting to see this happen to one thing that for years was always pure. Thats what you get for letting a company concerned with money buy SW tho. I was afraid Disney would destroy SW and thats whats happening.
