You don't have the latest rage installed:

That's the one yes, Threw it in just now to test and it's 100% the correct one, try reinstalling it again if you're having issues. Remember the one in the LCPDFR download is often out of date.

By the looks of things you've used the one included with LSPDFR which is outdated.

Yes that's what I did I forgot about that whole thing, but now when I start it up lspdfr doesn't work like I don't have it.

When you install LSPDFR, drag the whole file in, then replace rage with all the stuff from the latest download, should then work fine.

ok from what I can see by watching a couple tutorials stratup.rphs is what makes lspdfr turn on when you start it up but I don't have it in my gtav folder. If that Is the problem which I believe is how do I get it?

LSPDFR should have gone into your plugins folder.   If you want a good tutorial,  head over to my channel.  I guide you through everything.  The step by step install is rather long.  There is a smaller version in the pinned comment of my install tutorial if you want to check it out.   I can't just link it here in this thread.
