I'm looking for suggestions on a good system that won't break the bank but can run GTA5 without serious lagging and the game constantly hanging up. I want to capture GTA5 fully without having to compromise the graphics of the game. Please advise with all suggestions. Thanks!

You're gonna have to give at least a hint of budget, as it's pretty difficult to define breaking the bank if we don't know what the boundaries are. Do you have a system already to upgrade or is this new? Provide as much info as possible, what you've already considered and what your expectations are.
