Accidentally deleted a video file through the Rockstar Editor

When cleaning up unused clips from the Rockstar Editor, I accidentally clicked on the "Video" option that contains redered videos made with the editor. I thought I had clicked on "Clips" and I therefore just proceeded to delete the contents of the folder. Since I did this through the Rockstar Editor, the deleted video file doesn't show up in the recycle bin. Is there anything I can do to try and recover the file or is it a lost cause?

I don't want to be the half-full glass kind of person but ya,

try backing up your progress,

I am afraid that it is a lost cause but better not to worry as your next peace probably ends up better and better,

C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA V\videos\rendered

try that location before giving up.

I've already checked that location, but Windows doesn't allow me to roll back to an older version of that folder sadly. I've also tried using Recuva to scan the folder, but also without any luck

Those would have been my last options, I am sorry for your loss.

Oh well. Lesson learned I guess
