The textures won't load fast enough

I'd recommend  a computer upgrade, or less things in your game, maybe even lowering your graphic settings.

No my computer is fine. Its just that sometimes when I start up the game it takes forever for the textures to load. 

What do you have installed?

Arrest manager, ComputerPlus, Better EMS, LSPDFR+, PeterUCallouts, PoliceSmartRadio, SearchWarrant, StopThePed, Tacco Highway Calouts, Vocal dispatch, Assorted callouts and some car mods

Sometimes a lot of programs in the background can cause this. Even some car mods too, everything uses resources and sometimes the game can't handle it. You could go into your task manager and make your GTAV a higher priority and see if that does anything, if not check your car mods.

I was having texture loading problems with high settings while having a gtx 1060 and upgraded to gtx 1070 ti and fixed the issue.  Could you possibly try reinstalling your graphic drivers also what Avail said about making GTAV high priority

I finally found a fix to this. If you have the logitech gaming software installed, you must close it before launching red dead 2 or gta 5. For some reason it messes with the textures. A fix for it in FiveM is to set your texture quality to normal and then restart the game.
