So I'm having an issue of whenever a pursuit is activated the vehicle comes to a dead stop instead of actually trying to get away. The map will flash red and blue, options for a chase show up but the vehicle either comes to a dead stop or simply doesnt move at all like during a traffic stop. Any help is appreciated.

Double check all your trainers, make sure "AI ignore player" and/or any other option that shouldn't be enabled is.  Chances are it's something there.

i use simple trainer and i just took a look and everything is as it should be.
