Joystick Buttons?

So I've searched around a bit, best thing I can find is controller mappings and the scripts that remove them.

I'm trying to bind keys from one of my joysticks (all listed as Joystick#) to certain functions. I.E. Joystick4.

So far the only thing I've been able to map is the horn/siren. Most INI files only use the default windows forms keys, which don't have joystick versions.

I'm considering writing a script to interpret the joystick keys and merely link them to actions, but was hoping there was a easier go-to first.

Sorry if this has been answered someplace I really got lost looking though the forums after a dozen pages.
