The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Could anybody please provide a temporary download link for the latest Ragin Hook Plugin (I believe it's 0.64)? I've been wanting to start playing this mod again after about a year and their website being down can be considered extremely bad luck.

    That wouldn't be allowed, as the only place to host the RPH is the RPH website.
