crashes as rage hook is loading and says error but then cant find a error can someone help?

RAGE Plugin Hook is unable to launch the game, due to an error from ScriptHookV.
ScriptHookV is a dependency unrelated to RAGE Plugin Hook and is needed by some mods.

It appears that the installed version of ScriptHookV does not support the currently installed game version.
If a new game patch has just been released for the game, ScriptHookV may not have been updated to support this version yet.

You'll need to either wait for ScriptHookV to be updated, or temporarily disable it (and thus any mods relying on it) until it's been updated.
Disabling ScriptHookV will disable the following ASI mods (and anything depending on them):

got everything downloaded and switched into the correct folders and files. when the rage starts opening up at the validating  system load bar it shuts down says there is a problem and windows will notify me with the problem but windows doesn't say anything. so it just keeps force shutting at the very begging. I went to my fire wall and allowed everything to work no protection from anything and it still does the same thing.

The error doesn't seem to be related to RagePluginHook or LSPDFR. Your best bet is to validate the files from Steam.

what do you mean validate files from steam?

 

He means to go to the steam library-right click on GTA 5-Select properties-go to the local files tab-select verify integrity of game files.

I validated it and It still crashes at the validating load screen

I deleted ever gta file on my pc going to download and start from start. do I need to open gta v before I install rage and lcpdfr?

Yes, you must play through the prologue before putting it in. That is recommended.

k. so do I open rage or open gtav and hit f4 to get into lcpdfr.

To play LSPDFR after doing the prologue, you must launch RPH.
