For some reason whenever an AI Cop spawns in a car or when i spawn backup they don't move, they just rock forward and backwards in place, the only backup I can call right now are state units (If it spawns a bike), EMS, Fire, and Air support

 

I've done a fresh reinstall of LSPDFR but im not sure what's going on at this point

It worked fine before and just randomly stopped working 

 

 

Also side note, the my lighting for ELS looks odd, I have a video showing both

i checked before and didn't find the problem but I read through the troubleshooting page again, my trainer somehow turned on "AI ignores everything" and it was on the darkest deepest back corner of the trainer functions list so I didn't catch it, i found it super odd that everything worked fine and then one day just didn't
