The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I've been playing LSPDFR (on windows 10) for a while now and now that I just installed new vehicles my game is crashing on the Rage plugin splash menu and vanilla crashed as well I disabled my Norton firewall but nothing is working any ideas?

If the vehicle pack you're using is an addon-pack, so you have to add the dlcpack into the dlcpacks folder make sure you update the dlclist.xml.
