The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So basically I have the newest version of RPH and GTA V and when I start using the Rageopluginhook.exe, RPH opens GTAV but after the loading screen pops up the little screen for RPH disapears and the F4 cosole does not work, no freezing or anything it just doesnt work
