The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So my game keeps crashing, it gets to the login of Social and just shuts off. There really isn't much more to say but I have uploaded the crash report and his instructions for the dlc.

The game ran completely fine until I installed a State Trooper pack dlc, now it wont start. I'm curious (before I uninstall it) if I missed something in his instructions. 

I have done add-ons before so I didn't miss anything, I'm just curious if I didn't understand his instruction clearly. Any help would be amazing before I remove the add-on.

Super late reply, haven't been on my computer in awhile. I bought a new copy of GTA V cause my other account was hacked, so I have a fresh new copy. I don't have any mods, no visual/script/etc mods. All I did was install LSPDFR and it now crashes the game before launch, it pops up with a message saying Script hook is preventing the game from launching. I just had LSPDFR/LSPDFR+/Traffic policer/Assorted Callouts/Smart Radio/Arrest Manager all installed and running just fine. Once I installed the Native Trainer is when everything went to hell. I've verified all file integrity, removed all mods, and it still says it's preventing launch when I install just LSPDFR.

Hello,

That is because ScriptHookV is out-of-date. It usually takes Alexander Blade about 1-3 weeks to get it updated. Keep checking the SHV website for an updated version.
