The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I finish a call out and press end the Police vehicle alarm will start sounding for some reason, not sure why? The alarm sounds for a bout 15-20 seconds then goes off,  really annoying

The "end call" button is also the car alarm keybind of your trainer.  Go into the trainer's settings and disable keybinds.
