So when im doing a traffic stop and i sound the horn to move the AI a little bit ahead, the AI start driving and wont stop untill they hit a wall or something that will block them, someone know whats the problem?

Make sure you click scroll lock to disable els. Once you are done click it again and use els again.

what that mean? 

turn els on and turn off and then turn on?
