Before I start yes, I have verified my files in Steam... Steam says all file have been verified successfully.

ALL THESE MODS THAT I'M USING WERE WORKING 2 WEEKS AGO WITH THE ARENA WAR DLC!

I AM USING EVERY MOD FROM THIS VIDEO, VIDEO CAME OUT 2 DAYS AGO!

 

I DON'T HAVE A RAGE LOG BECAUSE IT DOES IT AS SOON AS THE GAME OPENS.

I HAVE INSTALLED EVERYTHING PROPERLY, I AM NOT A NEWB, I HAVE BEEN INSTALLING GTA V MODS FOR 2 YEARS!

 

EVEN IF I DELETE OPENIV.ASI IT STILL DOES IT!

I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING, SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP.

There you go, my LSPDFR Folder, I deleted the mods folder but still doesn't fix it!

 

I don't have any anti-virus either!

Try removing the plugins you wanted to add and add them back in one at a time checking the game between each one.

The error usually means corrupt game data, or a bad gameconfig.   Try using a new one.

 

Also, please do not use all capital letter titles.  It's not needed.
