Encounters with the Police

Featured Replies

The closest i ever got was when (many years ago) one of my family members car had an alarm malfunction and it kept going off in the garage and it was very annoying. We called our towns city hall (also where the PD and FD are HQed) and asked if anybody they had knew how to fix it. They said they would send somebody. Turns out they sent a squad car and an engine code 3 for no reason at all. My guess is that they thought we meant car fire. The encounter was when the cops and firemen started talking to us. One FF obviously knew something about car mechanics so he worked on it for a while. He eventually got it fixed. That's my closest encounter, besides seeing them on the beat.

Well, this one I don't think was a a real encounter with the police, but it was fun:)

I still was in school when happened, some friends and me were making graffiti in an underpass, near the police station (around a block of distance, a bit more), when we saw a guy watching to where we were (we exactly were in the stairs of the underpass, so some of my friends started saying it could be an undercover officer, then he started running toward us, so we left what we were doing and started running to another direction, until we lose him.

I don't know if that guy actually was an officer, but anyway it was exciting!

I had other encounters, we once passed a fucker in a municipal towtruck that was going at 20km/h, even when was not towing, in a road where was allowed to go much faster and allowed to overtake), seems we didn't overtake so good, so the idiot turned on the light, and...well, we ended in the damn police station at 2am:/

Other encounters? I don't remember many more, when our car took fire in the highway, when one night my mom called police after a discussion of our damn noisy former neighbours ended in screams of "he's gonna kill me", Finally didn't happen any misfortune, just came police, and went to neighbours door. Officers ordered to open it, but neightbours didn't want to open so officers warned that, if they didn't open the door, they would break down the it. Finally they opened and well, officers did they job.

And I remember a last one, two year ago, it was the second day of class, we were throwing chalks from our classroom window, seems someone in the street was hit, called police, and some minute ago we had two officers, the guy who called police, and the headteacher in the classroom, looking for the guilty. haha XD

i am on the local fire department and was at a car wreck, we had to cut the roof off this car which was ashame because it was a beautiful 1970 chevelle in cherry red. it was truely a beautiful car and was saddened that we had to cut it apart. anyway, there was a police officer up the road in a 2010 ford explorer police SUV, and an 18 year old kid from the other side of the state was aproaching the road agent who had the other side closed, he was acting funny and said "im cold so im going to jump inside your car (it was 95 degrees F) so he told him no your not, the kid then said "what would you do if i ran past your barricade?" he said nothing go on ahead (joking around) so the kid hauled ass up the road, the road agent went over the radio and told the officer theres a kid running up the road. the cop didnt respond until we all heard this come from the radio... " STOP THE KID, HE STOLE MY POLICE CAR!!!!!!!" we all were confused until we saw the SUV barrelling ass towards us, we call jumped away from the road as the kid drove off, state police located the car 5 towns away on the side of the road with the kid asleep on the roadside! [he was charged with grand theft auto, and he was on bath salts]
