I've been looking everywhere. Does anyone know where I can find a vest compatible with EUP that looks like the picture below?
I've already tried the following pack and can't find the classic vest.

    Try this one, while it does say FIB rather than FBI, its a starting point.

     

    I noticed that you had commented on the file that you linked above saying you were having trouble with it. Perhaps its just a case of following through the installation process again?

    According to the file description, there is a readme which tells you how to install.
