The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

All plugins I use are up to date per "LSPDFR update checker" and troubleshooter by albo showed no errors.

So I am stumped? I recently removed EMS 3.0 as it didnt seem to be kept up to date and still crashed after 2 minutes...

if you use Emergency Strobes plugin, make sure all vehicle models in the configuration are valid and you can spawn it using spawn command in console (F4)
