The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I followed the instructions to the best of my knowledge and disabled windows defender however still will not load. I installed the wizard for LSPDFR and everything worked fine. Then it said it did not support my game version 1604, then I tried to run RAGEHOOK as admin but it says insuff permission/anti virus error. Help?

I'll post more pics when I get back to my desktop but I just re-downloaded GTA V and RAGE says v1604 isn't supported but I read in the update section that it does support v1604. Know anything about this?

 

I got the LSPDFR file downloaded and went through the setup wizard. I also setup the RAGE HOOK configs. So to summarize, I downloaded everything on the same day so I don't get why its outdated. I got RAGE from the official website and GTA V starts up fine so I don't think that needs an update...
