The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I just installed this, nothing has ever been modded.  I followed the installation steps, but when the game attempts to load, it crashes.  I will include the .log file that i've seen others post.  GTAV runs perfectly fine when I run it normally, but crashes when using ragepluginhook.exe.  Thank you in advance for any assistance.

update: I have done a bit of fiddling with the settings and have LSPD First Response plugin set to load, and I also have Disable Direct X Hook checked, but it crashes no matter how those settings are well.... set.  I have also check the box for minimum settings if it were a graphical issue, but that doesn't help either.
