Can't run openiv without admin rights

I'm trying to add some vehicle textures to gta 5 through openiv but i have to run it as an administrator otherwise i can't open it. When it is opened with admin rights it says "Your OpenIV is running with administrator privileges. So i can't drag and drop or replace my vehicle textures. Please help me out!
