The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

What do you have installed so far?  If nothing then first download LSPDFR here.  Then download RAGEpluginHook.  There are a bunch of videos on youtube that shows you how to DL and install LSPDFR, RAGE, ScriptHook, ect.  I personally like Albo's Way of installing on youtube.  Maybe some one here can give you links to Rage, Script and stuff since I don't have time right now.  Read the "read me" in the files folder to see how to install the mods.  I wouldn't do remote access like you want, it is really best to do this yourself.  There maybe times when after an update you might screw something up so bad you have to reinstall everything.  It's a drag but you should learn how to do that yourself.  You really need to know and trust the person you give access to your computer.
