The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

My guess is it's probably the Sergeant one. That one seems to be the one functioning at the time of the crash, but I'm not too sure since I dont use it myself.

Thank you, I've disabled the forced traffic feature because I noticed that the game crashed while there was an AI pursuit while the traffic was blocked. I will try also to install the mod that blocks the AI pursuits. Thank you for your answer 😉
