The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Bit of a different question, but I'm wanting to make the lights on my vehicles more of a darker blue instead of the bright blue they are at the moment,See photos below.I have tried editing some of the textues in the .ytd's but it seems to have little to no effect.
